Michael is best known as a Program Director and expert in the music industry. He spent several years as Music Director, Assistant PD and then Program Director at the legendary KIIS-FM/Los Angeles. 

Prior to that, Michael was Assistant PD for Tracy Johnson at KFMB-FM/San Diego, where he was also the evening air personality. To this day, Johnson maintains that Michael, as "The New Guy" was one of the best radio personalities he's ever heard.

Steele works with TJMG clients in programming, promotion and talent coaching, with an emphasis on strategic positioning. His other gig is as Director of Playlist Programming and Curation for Warner Music Group.
